Polyurea System

Polyurea is a two-component product that, when joined, forms a liquid membrane that turns to a solid-state. Due to its high adhesion and multiple substrates, it allows a safe and permanent bond with the surface, free of water and air. This environmentally safe product is waterproof and designed to protect surfaces from wear, impact, corrosion and lasting results in all weather conditions. The mix is sprayed onto the surface or odject creating a thick protective coating and with the additional advantage of drying up in just 5 seconds. Polyurea products are a range of high quality waterproof membranes produced by subjecting their liquid component to high temperatures and pressure. Their excellent mechanical properties have made them one of the most widely used membranes for construction work involving demanding technical specifications.

Roof & General Waterproofing

Waterproofing is the process of making an object or structure waterproof or water-resistant so that it remains relatively unaffected by water or resisting the ingress of water under specified conditions. Such items may be used in wet environments or underwater to specified depths.

Water-resistant and waterproof often refer to penetration of water in its liquid state and possibly under pressure, whereas damp proof refers to resistance to humidity or dampness. Premeation of water vapour through a material or structure is reported as a moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR).

Waterproofing is used in reference to building structures such as roof, swimming pool, water tank, basements, decks, or wet areas.

Spray Foam System

Polyurethane Spray Foam is a range of polyurethane foams specially designed for projection and injection in residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. Polyurethane Spray Foam is a two-component, closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation system which produces a solid foam with exceptional compressive strength when processed through suitable machine. Spray polyurethane Foam (SPF) is a spray-applied plastic that can form a continuous insulation and air sealing barrier on walls, roofs, around corners and other surfaces. SPF insulation is known to resist heat transfer extremely well and offers a highly effective solution in reducing unwanted air infiltration.

Concrete / Structural Repair

Concrete repair is the process of fixing a hardened concrete surface that over time has lost the ability to hold the binding concrete materials together due to damage or environmental exposure. Concrete repair is appropriate for honey-comb, cracks, physical impacts, chipped out surfaces or surface scaling. There are various ways to repair a concrete surface, such as: formwork pre-pack pressure grouting, formwork gravity pour, carbon fiber strengthening, by trowel or patching applied.

Pressure Grouting System

Injection grouting is a process of filling the cracks, voids or honeycombs under pressure in concrete or masonry structural members for repairing of cracks, strengthening of damaged concrete or masonry structural members. Following are the various types of injection grouting and materials for concrete crack repair, such as: epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic resins. The most popular polymer used for epoxy grout is epoxy. Polyurethane and acrylic resin based polymers are used for treatment of water retaining structure, underground structures as well as to prevent seepage of water.

Flooring System

Epoxy floor coatings are commonly used for commercial and industrial flooring. Epoxy coatings are normally applied over concrete floors to provide a high-performance, smooth, and durable surface that can last many years and withstand heavy loads.

Floor hardener is a particle form composition made in size graded specifications to be used by mixing with cement & grit/stone chips mixture to give extra hardness to the concrete floor without affecting cement chemistry.
